Use pale pink shadow on the lid, and sheer, smoldering charcoal at the corner ends of the eyes. You can also add a little bit under the eye. Remember, the key to the smoldering eye is just a little night time drama, don’t over do it and ,to make sure before you apply any dark color that your eyelid is gently powdered with a neutral powder, because any oil will grab the dark color and create an vampy look.
